Roles & Responsibilities

Key Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise-level storage systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switches, routers).
  • Understanding of warranty processes and RMA procedures.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time role based at the service centre.
  • May require occasional on-site customer visits.
  • Ability to handle hardware equipment and lift moderately heavy items (servers, UPS units, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture.
Working knowledge of enterprise servers and storage systems (RAID, NAS, and SAN).

Ability to diagnose hardware faults and perform component-level repairs.
Understanding of operating systems installation and basic network configuration.
Familiarity with server hardware from major OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
Experience with hardware diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
2 5 years of experience in hardware repair and service centre operations.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Server+, or equivalent) preferred.
