Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate service risks, implementing preventative measures to avoid disruptions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing service delivery team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Manage and optimize service level agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing adherence and exceeding client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP, demonstrating a commitment to industry best practices.
  • Demonstrates 7+ years of experience in service delivery, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibits experience in the IT industry, showcasing a deep understanding of service management principles.
