Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a support technician, you will be required to:

  • Diagnose a computer malfunction remotely, either hardware or software
  • Configure the workstation according to the user's needs and perform functionality tests
  • Guide the user to resolve the incident or take control of the system remotely
  • Escalate unresolved incidents if necessary while remaining attentive to intervention deadlines, and keep the user informed
  • Produce a precise description of the intervention after each call and fill in the necessary fields in the incident management tool
