Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users across the organization.
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests promptly, adhering to established SLAs to ensure user satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams, providing comprehensive information to facilitate efficient resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National with a strong understanding of local culture and values.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, demonstrating hands-on technical proficiency.
