Roles & Responsibilities

Experience

• Mid-level roles with 0–3 years of experience

• Background in helpdesk, technical support, or end-user support

• Experience in an IT call center or customer support roles is an advantage

Technical Skills

•Basic to intermediate knowledge of: – Windows and macOS operating systems – Computer hardware and peripherals – Internet, Wi-Fi, and basic networking – Email systems (MS Outlook) – Remote support tools – Software installation and troubleshooting – Antivirus solutions and basic cybersecurity practices
