Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installations and troubleshooting for complex machinery, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, meticulously documenting service activities and outcomes for quality assurance.
- Provide technical support via phone and email, swiftly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions tailored to client needs, enhancing overall satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
- At least 3 years of relevant service engineering experience, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar, highlighting technical proficiency.
- Experience in the specific industry sector, such as manufacturing, HVAC, or telecommunications, to understand client needs.
