Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and send service quotations for UPS, CCU, and Generator works.
Organize and maintain hard copy and soft copy service reports and documents.
Create service reports and letters using MS Word.
Use MS Excel to record and track service jobs, quotations, and customer data.
Update customer and service information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with technicians and customers for service-related activities.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of service reports.
Support the service team with daily administrative tasks.
Willing to learn and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a technical service company (UPS, CCU, Generator, or similar).
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Basic to good knowledge of CRM systems.
Experience in preparing and sending service quotations.
Well-organized with the ability to manage hard copy and soft copy documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn technical service processes.
Positive thinker, team player, and able to work under minimal supervision.
