Roles & Responsibilities
Execute on-site installation, reinstallation, repair, removal, and replacement of MNVR/MDVR and related devices.
Complete assigned job cards accurately and within defined operational time standards.
Perform troubleshooting and basic diagnostics to resolve technical issues during field visits.
Ensure proper wiring, device mounting, camera placement, and connectivity (GPS/GSM) in line with installation standards.
Conduct and validate health checks before closing job cards.
Accurately open, update, and close job cards in WMS, ensuring complete documentation of work performed.
Log replaced components and materials used for traceability.
Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and vehicle handling standards.
Maintain professional conduct with clients during site visits.
Escalate unresolved technical or operational issues to the Team Lead promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
