Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and technical governance across multiple ServiceNow modules

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure optimal platform performance
  • Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and upgrades
  • Stay ahead of product developments and drive innovation across ServiceNow projects

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect (3+ years in architecture; 6+ years overall on the platform)
  • Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or SecOps modules
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and platform architecture
  • Certified at least as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS); additional certifications (CTA, CAD) are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
