Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and technical governance across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Collaborate with developers, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure optimal platform performance
- Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and upgrades
- Stay ahead of product developments and drive innovation across ServiceNow projects
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow Architect (3+ years in architecture; 6+ years overall on the platform)
- Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or SecOps modules
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and platform architecture
- Certified at least as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS); additional certifications (CTA, CAD) are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
