Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation to support business processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams, providing technical insights and ensuring alignment with requirements
Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, and automation logic within ServiceNow
Support deployments and releases using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute best practices based on prior implementations
Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and administrators
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and platform best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, integration challenges, and performance concerns
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 10 years of IT experience to support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for a global client. This role involves designing and developing workflows, integrations, and automation while ensuring alignment with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, deep scripting capabilities, and experience working on enterprise-scale implementations.
Additional / Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal (Widgets) – preferred
Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management) – preferred
Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
