Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with ISO 20000 standards and organizational objectives.
  • Design and configure ITSM tools and processes, tailoring them to meet specific business needs and IT service delivery requirements.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis of existing IT service management practices against ISO 20000 requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to educate IT staff on ITSM best practices and tool usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IT service management implementation, with a focus on ISO
  • Hold relevant certifications such as ITIL Expert, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or similar.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks, including ITIL, and their practical application in various IT environments.
