Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow FSM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow FSM modules, including work order management, agent mobile applications, and inventory management, to optimize field service operations.
  • Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow FSM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for field service management, offering recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.

  • Holds relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management), demonstrating expertise in the platform.

  • Has 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow FSM solutions, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Demonstrates experience in the IT services or field service industry, providing relevant context and understanding of industry-specific challenges.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM (CIS-FSM)

  • Experience working in global enterprise environments

  • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or Integration Hub

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
