Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, customizing modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes and improve user experience.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods to ensure data consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize service disruptions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and support.

  • Good knowledge of:

  • ServiceNow scripting

  • JavaScript

  • Flow Designer

  • Workflow configuration

  • IntegrationHub

  • Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.

  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Experience in ServiceNow administration and development.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.

  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification is an advantage.

  • ITIL certification preferred.
