Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee general operations support tasks across multiple departments.
- Liaise with management to evaluate operational needs and streamline support processes.
- Develop and implement efficient service delivery procedures and improvement strategies.
- Manage communication between departments to propagate a seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Provide timely solutions to operational challenges and report issues as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and management of operational reports for internal use.
- Ensure the maintenance and functionality of office equipment and supplies.
- Support the training and onboarding of new staff members on operational protocols.
- Facilitate the organization and scheduling of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Track and manage budgets related to operational expenses and resource allocation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a general operations support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
