Setter in Sales
Do you like to work according to fixed structures, carry out tasks in a planned manner and value a clean, systematic working environment?
As a Tele Sales Executive, you are the first structured point of contact for potential customers. You use proven interview guidelines, carefully document all results and ensure a smooth process in lead qualification.
This position is ideal for personalities with strong implementation skills who want to adhere to clear processes, take responsibility and work reliably in the background.
Your area of responsibility
- Structured initial approach: Contacting pre-qualified leads using a clear interview guide and precise documentation of the results.
- Reliable appointments: Organization of appointments between potential customers and our strategy team, clear, binding and on time.
- Logging & transfer: Detailed documentation of the course of the meetings and structured handover of qualified contacts to the sales team.
- Maintaining communication: Ensuring that no information is lost, through clean work in the CRM system and regular contact with interested parties.
- Support in day-to-day business: Relief of the sales team through order and reliability in the lead process.

A commercial apprenticeship or initial sales experience is an advantage, but more important is your willingness to familiarize yourself consistently with processes and implement them reliably.
