Roles & Responsibilities

As a Setter, you will become the best version of yourself with discipline, perseverance and full commitment. At the same time, you will support hundreds of real estate investors in being successful in one of the most exciting markets in the world through our tailor-made financing strategies.

As a Setter, you will take on the following tasks:

You will call warm contacts who have applied to us for a consultation and decide on the basis of a guideline whether these contacts will receive one of the limited and sought-after places for a consultation.

You maintain your contacts, calls and conversations in our CRM tool Umsatz.io.

You call selected contacts, charmingly overcome the hurdles and convince investors of an initial interview.

You call potential contacts and arrange consultations.

Your profile

You have already had your first experience with personality development, be it through courses, seminars or books. You are either an extrovert or wish to live out your extroverted side even more.

You have the ambition to achieve more than the average citizen in a typical 9-to-5 job and are willing to give more than others for it. You want to be paid according to the value you create, not for the hours you work.

The idea of working more than 40 hours a week doesn't scare you off, it motivates you. You love to really step on the gas, learn a lot and see results quickly. Your drive is to reach your full potential and progress faster than anyone else.
