We are a company dedicated to the world of fitness and wellness, and we are looking for an empathetic and results-oriented Inbound Setter, to help us capture leads through Instagram.

Type of employment :

Freelance - 100% remote (flexible schedule)

Tasks

- Capture and qualify inbound leads through direct messages on Instagram.

- Develop relationships with leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

- Manage and organize your lead pipeline in the CRM.

- Propose ideas to optimize the process of capturing and improving the prospect experience.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in fitness, training and nutrition.

• Minimum training in marketing, sales, or NLP.

• Ability to communicate with tact, empathy and clarity.

• Experience with Instagram to capture and manage leads.

• Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools for CRM management.

• Minimum availability of 3-4 hours per day
