COMPANY PROFILE:
Kout Food Group operates a diverse array of international and locally inspired restaurants throughout Kuwait. The company holds franchise rights for several renowned international brands, including Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Subway, Applebee's, and IHOP, among others. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School /Vocational Graduate Course
Open to Male and Female candidates
Minimum of 2 years experience as  Shift Manager in Food & Beverage Industry.
Proven leadership skills,  leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Age limit not more than 35 years old only.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional qualifications:
provided they demonstrate strong knowledge
effective communication and leadership skills,
a good pleasing  personality
an enthusiastic attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operational Control: Managing floor operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
Financial Performance: Assisting with food cost management, labor costing, and inventory control.
Customer Service: Handling guest queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences.
Team Management: Supervising staff, conducting training, and assisting with performance appraisals. 
SALARY:
 170.00 KD  per month
