Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and monitor compliance with Nestl Quality Management System (NQMS), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, WOS, and GMP.

Conduct the lab analysis including physical, microbiological analysis & Sensory.

1. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth implementation of quality controls.

2. Support Environmental and Health & Safety (EHS) programs when related to product quality and packaging materials.

Participate in internal audits, hygiene, and GMP inspections.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing, monitoring, and verification activities (all kind of API: Quality & Production)

Train operators and staff on GMP, hygiene, HACCP, and quality procedures (be part of the yearly mandatory quality training) and raise awareness on food safety culture and ensure compliance with Nestl quality principles.

1. Report, investigate, and document non-conformities, deviations, or customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

University Degree (preferred microbiology, chemistry biology, biochemistry, or food science-related studies).

1 to 2 Years Experience (Manufacturing is a Plus)

Knowledge in Water Production is a Plus

Good communication and team organization skills

Must be enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure

Capability to collaborate with his team members to deliver smooth operation

Ability to maintain a culture of safe and clean working environment

Continuous Improvements mindset

Adaptive learner and update with the severe weather condition and factory Location

Language: Arabic, English is necessary
