Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
oversee daily shop operations, including openings, closing, cleanliness and safety and compliance with company standards.
Lead, give training and motivate shop staff to achieve sales target and customer satisfaction goals.
Monitor stock level, place orders, conduct inventory checks, minimize and wastage / loss.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.
Prepare day to Day operational report and manage day to day activity.
Maintain compliance with UAE retail regulation health and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma required; bachelor's in business/ retail management preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail or shop management (F&B/ consumer good experience is an advantage.)
strong knowledge of POS systems, MS office and inventory tools.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast - paced environment.
English fluency required.
