Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily bakery operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal production efficiency, maximizing output while minimizing waste.
  • Lead and mentor a team of bakers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and performance management.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies, meticulously tracking usage and anticipating needs to prevent shortages and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth, attract new customers, and boost brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for operational understanding.
  • Possess relevant certifications in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) and hygiene, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in bakery management or a related food service role, showcasing proven leadership and operational skills.
  • Prior experience within the bakery or food retail industry is essential, with a deep understanding of baking processes and product knowledge.
