Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store's overall performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and fast loading times to keep customers engaged.
  • Implement and maintain Shopify apps and integrations, carefully selecting tools that align with business goals and enhance store functionality.
  • Oversee product catalog management, including accurate data entry, compelling descriptions, and strategic categorization to drive sales.
  • Handle order fulfillment processes, from processing orders to coordinating shipping and handling customer inquiries related to order status.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
  • Possesses relevant certifications such as Shopify Partner Certification or similar, demonstrating a commitment to e-commerce excellence.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries, providing a solid foundation for understanding the business landscape.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Shopify Administrator or similar role, showcasing practical expertise.
