Shopify and E-Commerce Administrator

Position Overview:

The Shopify Admin will handle daily store operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and light marketing execution.

You will work directly under management, receive hands-on training, and play a critical role in running FPV Depots ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Store & Product Management

● Upload and maintain product listings (Frames, Motors, Stacks, Cameras, VTX, Antennas, Props, Batteries, Accessories).

● Ensure descriptions, pricing, tags, and SEO are accurate.

● Organize collections and filters for easy navigation.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment:

● Track stock levels and manage warehouse updates.

● Process orders, print shipping labels, and coordinate courier pickups.

● Monitor stock thresholds and inform management when reordering is needed.

Marketplace Integration:

● Sync Shopify listings with Amazon and eBay via integrated apps.

● Check stock consistency and pricing alignment across channels.

● Fix listing mismatches and update product details when required.

Customer Support:

● Respond to customer messages and resolve issues quickly.

● Manage returns, refunds, and delivery follow-ups.

● Maintain excellent communication standards aligned with FPV Depot’s brand tone.

Marketing Support:

● Update homepage visuals, featured products, and sale banners.

● Schedule promotional emails (Shopify Email / Klaviyo).

● Assist with social post scheduling using provided visuals.

Reporting & Analytics:

● Track daily orders and revenue.

● Prepare weekly summaries covering sales, inventory status, top products.

● Suggest improvements to streamline operations and boost performance.
