Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration.
  • Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning, offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain the showroom’s appearance by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits to drive interest and sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
