Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective management of staff and resources.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the showroom's unique offerings, focusing on maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout, regularly updating displays to highlight new products and promotions.
- Train and mentor showroom staff on product knowledge and customer service techniques, fostering a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations, demonstrating a track record of success.
