Roles & Responsibilities
Customer engagement and sales: Greet customers, identify needs, and provide expert product recommendations from Hansgrohe sanitary collections. Demonstrate product features, finishes, and benefits, address questions and objections to close sales. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and repeat business.
Product knowledge and brand representation: Stay current on Hansgrohe product lines, specifications, pricing, promotions, and installations. Educate customers on technology, water-saving features, and design aesthetics to align with project requirements. Showroom presentation and operations: Ensure the showroom is neatly organized, well stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Manage display setups, sample units, and merchandising standards in collaboration with the store team. Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately; coordinate delivery scheduling as needed. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, builders, and end-users. Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Administrative and reporting tasks: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and stock levels; generate weekly and monthly sales reports. Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers. Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with the sales team, showroom management, and procurement to meet targets. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on sanitaryware products. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the showroom's appearance.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of showroom sales experience in sanitary products or related building materials industry. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with bathroom \ kitchen fixtures, faucets, shower systems, and related fittings experience with premium brands is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Customer service: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets. Technical aptitude: Ability to understand product specifications, installation requirements, and compatibility considerations. Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous. Required and Preferred Attributes Required: UAE driving license (preferred; not mandatory) English fluency and Arabic optional (additional languages a plus) Presentable appearance and professional attitude Preferred: Experience with CRM systems and showroom POS software Project-based sales experience (architects, interior designers, contractors) Working Conditions: Location: Showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, UAE Full-time position with standard retail hours; occasional weekends or after-hours events as needed Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Employee benefits as per UAE labor laws and company policy.
