Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for Branch Operations Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the branch.
- Provide comprehensive product information, address customer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Actively promote and sell products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits tailored to individual preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies within the branch setting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch-specific promotional initiatives.
- Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge specific to branch operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-driven with a desire to exceed targets.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
