About the Role
As a Site Coordinator in Event Production, you will be responsible for coordinating all site-specific operations, ensuring that physical setups and logistics are flawlessly executed. You ll serve as the on-site anchor, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure everything runs on time and according to plan.
What You ll Do
Site Planning & Layout: Oversee setup and breakdown, ensuring layouts match approved plans.
On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activity, managing crew, contractors, and suppliers.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.
Logistics Management: Coordinate deliveries, access, equipment, and schedules for smooth execution.
Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular progress reports to the production team and flag potential delays.
Post-Event Wrap-Up: Lead the de-rig process and site clearance, ensuring venues are returned as required.
About You
Operationally Minded You live for logistics, coordination, and execution.

What You Need to Apply
Experience in on-site coordination within event production or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site protocols.
Ability to read and interpret site plans and layouts.
Valid UAE driver s license is a plus.
