Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor high-rise construction works including structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
Oversee maintenance and repair works for villas, residential buildings, and other properties.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Verify quantities, manage material usage, and control wastage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in high-rise building construction and property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Experience in handling villas and building maintenance is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valid driving license (if required).
