Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Dubai| Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Site supervision and quality control.

Ensuring construction is in accordance with plans and specifications.

Coordinating with contractors, architects, and consultants.

Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.

Managing resources (labor, materials, equipment).

Ensuring health and safety compliance on site.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Familiarity with engineering software like:

AutoCAD

STAAD Pro

Revit

Microsoft Project or Primavera

MS Office (especially Excel)

Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to travel or relocate to project sites.

Fit to perform site inspections and handle site logistics.

Experience:

Entry-level: 0 2 years of relevant site or construction experience.

Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (UAE Attested)

With Society of Engineers Membership

With Driver s license
