Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines, driving efficient progress.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and deliver work within the agreed-upon scope.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies to maintain high standards.
• Implement and enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, showcasing proven experience in the field.

• Exhibits a strong understanding of fit-out materials, methods, and best practices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
