Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise site workers and daily construction activities
- Allocate manpower and materials efficiently
- Ensure work quality and adherence to schedules
- Coordinate with Site Engineer for instructions and updates
- Enforce safety rules and proper housekeeping
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 5 years experience as a Foreman
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
- Knowledge of civil and finishing works
- UAE Driving License is advantage
