Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates to maintain strong relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision, demonstrating a proven track record in managing projects.
  • Certification in safety management, such as OSHA or NEBOSH, showcasing a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
