Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and labor hours for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to prevent project delays.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to maintain workflow and team morale.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, collaborating with project managers to avoid overruns and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, conducting safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe work environment.
- Prepare and manage project reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and incident reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates to maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work specifications.
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Fluency in English and a second language, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
