Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of UAE experience in Marble, Granite, and Natural Stone works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise marble, granite, and stone installation works on site. Coordinate daily activities of masons, helpers, and subcontractors. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Take site measurements and assist in material requirement planning. Monitor work progress, productivity, and workmanship quality. Coordinate with Site Engineer / Project Team for execution and clarifications. Ensure proper handling, storage, and fixing of stone materials. Report daily progress, issues, and delays to management. Ensure site safety and housekeeping are maintained. Handle minor site issues and escalate technical problems when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years UAE experience as Site Supervisor in marble / granite works.
Strong knowledge of marble installation, finishing, and site execution.
Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
Basic understanding of drawings and site measurements.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently on site.
Good Communication skills in English and Hindi.
UAE Driving License preferred.
