Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin Trainer to deliver professional skincare education to students and salon professionals. The role involves conducting both theory and practical sessions to ensure learners gain industry-ready skills aligned with current beauty and skincare trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach skincare techniques including facials, skin analysis, treatments, and advanced skincare procedures
Conduct theory and practical training sessions
Perform live demonstrations and supervise hands-on practice
Educate on skin types, concerns, products, and treatment protocols
Develop training materials, lesson plans, and course content
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, tools, and technologies
Train salon staff and support workshops, product launches, or events
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy
Minimum 3+ years of experience in skincare or as a skin therapist
Prior teaching or training experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must have UAE Valid Driving License.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and equipment
Ability to conduct workshops and group training sessions
Understanding of hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards
