Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle and slaughter live chickens (Halal method).

  • Clean, remove feathers, and cut chicken parts.

  • Use machines and tools safely.

  • Keep work area clean and follow hygiene rules.

  • Pack and check chicken products for quality.

  • Follow food safety and UAE health rules.

  • Report any problems with machines or safety.

  • Work well with the team to meet daily targets.

  • Physically fit and able to work with live poultry (working in different room temperatures - 7 to 30 Degree Celsius)

  • Follow instructions and safety rules.

  • Team player and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Should be willing to work at night shift (when needed).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Age should not be more than 30 years old.

  • Preferred with UAE experience – working in slaughterhouse.

  • Preferred Muslim Candidates for Halal Slaughtering.

  • Holding any visa but should not be on overstay.
