Jack Operator Snubbing (HWO / Workover / Under Pressure Operations) Location: Middle East (Offshore) Contract Type: Contractor Rotation: 28/28 Project Duration: 6-12 Months+ Mobilisation: June Overview Performance Energy is supporting an offshore intervention campaign in the Middle East and is seeking experienced Jack Operators with a strong Snubbing and Hydraulic Workover (HWO) background. This role will support under-pressure fishing and drill-out operations on a long-term workover project. Role Purpose The Jack Operator will be responsible for operating the snubbing unit safely and efficiently during live well intervention activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in under-pressure fishing operations, drill-outs, and workover activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Operate standalone and rig-assisted snubbing units Support live well intervention and fishing operations Execute composite plug drill-out activities Work within approved procedures and operational programmes Maintain compliance with HSE and well control requirements Coordinate with supervisors and intervention crews to ensure safe execution Support operational reporting and equipment readiness Technical Project Context (Provided for clarity on operational scope) Operation Type: Snubbing / Hydraulic Workover Environment: Offshore Surface Pressure Range: 1,500-4,000 psi Equipment: 170K Snubbing Unit (Rig Assist / Standalone) Scope: Live well fishing and drill-out operations Essential Experience Proven experience as a Jack Operator Strong Snubbing and/or HWO operational background Experience with live well intervention activities Experience performing fishing operations under pressure Experience supporting drill-out campaigns Preferred / Advantageous Background Previous offshore workover experience Experience operating across both standalone and rig-assisted units Strong understanding of intervention safety and operational procedures Ability to mobilise immediately Certifications (Mandatory) Well Control Certification Additional Information 28/28 rotation Initial 6-12 month assignment with extension potential Mobilisation targeted for June Visa support managed by the client Economy class travel provided Why Performance Energy Performance Energy specialises in placing experienced intervention and drilling personnel into complex offshore operations worldwide.
