Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and own the GCC social and community growth plan, aligning monthly goals and activities with global Product Marketing and Growth Marketing priorities.
Deliver regional KPIs covering community growth, engagement, and social channel performance.
Support the Business Development team on co-marketing activations, offline meet-ups and ecosystem partnerships that drive adoption and brand visibility.
2. Community Growth & Engagement
Oversee and grow Crypto.com s Arabic Telegram community by planning and executing ongoing engagement initiatives, including AMAs, webinars, and giveaways.
Recruit, train, and manage a network of 5+ Ambassadors to support local engagement and advocacy efforts.
Monitor sentiment, identify emerging issues, and coordinate with PR/Comms and Customer Service for resolution.
3. Social Media & Content Management
Manage official MENA social channels (X, Instagram) and develop a localized content calendar, publishing at least four original or translated posts weekly across mixed formats.
Partner with Product Marketing and Compliance to ensure accurate localization of announcements and product updates
Work with User Acquisition, Creative, and SEO teams to align organic, paid, and search efforts in the GCC region, and ensure that initiatives meet brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
4. KOL & Influencer Sourcing
Source and evaluate relevant KOLs and influencers across GCC crypto, fintech, and investment communities.
Collaborate with the Growth Partnerships team on activation plans, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and brand standards.
Maintain an updated pipeline and sourcing tracker to identify emerging talent and refine ambassador/influencer programs.
5. Feedback & Insights
Collect and synthesize community feedback into structured recommendations for PMM, Product, and Growth teams.
Track and optimize campaign performance through data-driven experiments and community growth testing.
Deliver monthly reports on engagement trends, sentiment, and actionable performance takeaways.
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in social media and/or community management, ideally in fintech, crypto, or Web3.
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
Deep understanding of GCC social trends, crypto culture, and content formats (Reels, AMAs, UGC).
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics, social growth KPIs, and campaign ROI.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams.
Hands-on familiarity with Telegram, X, Instagram and social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinkl).
It s a Plus If You Have:
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting crypto marketing in GCC.
