Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview We are looking for a creative, organized, and professional individual who can manage social media accounts while also handling front-desk responsibilities at our clinic. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and grow the clinic’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create monthly content calendars and social media strategies. Produce high-quality graphics and videos using CapCut and Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere). Write captions and coordinate content production when needed. Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Reception & Front-Desk Tasks Greet clients and assist them with check-in/check-out. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries. Manage appointment bookings and daily schedules. Maintain patient records and ensure smooth clinic workflow. Handle basic administrative tasks such as payments and follow-up reminders. Skills & Qualifications Experience in social media management and content creation. Strong video editing and design skills (CapCut, Adobe tools). Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional, organized, and able to multitask. Comfortable managing appointments, calls, and front-desk operations. Trend-aware, creative, and detail-oriented.
