Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts (text, graphics, short videos, and Reels) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Design simple graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan, organize, and manage the social media content calendar, including posts related to events, campaigns, promotions, and training sessions.
- Capture photos and videos during training sessions and company activities.
- Edit, montage, and produce short-form videos (Reels/shorts) optimized for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and suggest strategies to increase followers and improve engagement across all social media channels.
- Track basic performance metrics and trends, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing and organizational goals.
Work Schedule Flexible part-time hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Good written communication skills for crafting captions and posts.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva or similar tools required).
- Basic understanding of content planning and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Zoho Social, Hootsuite, or Social Champ.
- Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. (All manadtory)
- Previous experience or portfolio is mandatory.
