Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media Coordinator to be the digital face and voice of our pharmacies. You won t just be scheduling posts; you will be on the ground, capturing the daily life of our branches, highlighting new dermo-cosmetic arrivals, and simplifying health advice for our community. Your goal is to turn our pharmacies into the go-to digital resource for wellness in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Content Creation: Visit various pharmacy branches weekly to film high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories featuring products and staff.
  • Community Engagement: Manage the "front desk" of our social media responding to DMs and comments with speed, empathy, and professional health-focused etiquette.
  • Trend Adaptation: Quickly adapt global health, skincare, and wellness trends to the local Lebanese context (and dialect).
  • Visual Design: Use tools like Canva and CapCut to create polished, branded layouts for promotions, holiday greetings, and health tips.
  • Product Spotlighting: Work closely with our pharmacists to highlight "Product of the Month" or "Staff Picks," focusing on benefits and usage.
  • Monthly Reporting: Track which types of content our followers love most and adjust the creative plan accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Trilingual Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken skills in Arabic (Lebanese dialect), English, and French.

Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).

Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to make clinical or retail environments look aesthetic and inviting.

Health Interest: A passion for (or basic knowledge of) skincare, vitamins, and general wellness.

Mobility: Must be able to travel between our different pharmacy locations as needed.
