Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the club s social media strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all key platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook).
  • Lead daily content operations, including matchday coverage, training updates, and announcements.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, identity, and visual standards across all content.
  • Engage actively with fans and manage community interactions professionally.
  • Launch interactive campaigns (contests, polls, activations) to grow engagement.
  • Build relationships with supporters, influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality digital content.
  • Support marketing initiatives, sponsor activations, and club events.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor trends and continuously optimize content strategy.
  • Lead real-time digital coverage during matches and major club events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (preferably in sports, media, or entertainment).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  • Experience in live event coverage and real-time content publishing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
