Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Produce engResponsibilities:
aging content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, and graphics. Ensure content is on-brand and tailored to different platforms.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage community engagement and customer service inquiries.
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to refine social media strategies.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns.
Work alongside marketing, sales, and content teams to develop a cohesive brand voice and strategy across all channels.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices. Implement new techniques to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend brand reach and credibility.
Monitor and manage any social media crises that may arise, responding in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices.
Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, and other graphic design software.
Strong content writing and editing skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
