Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of four direct reports within the soft services function.
- Oversee the delivery and quality of soft services across multiple facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Facilities Management Section Head.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across soft service operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National with Family Book
- 7+ years of proven experience in soft services or facilities management, ideally within large-scale or complex environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and service providers.
- Background in cleaning, pest control, or planning services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
