Our client is a startup building modern, scalable technology to reinvent the way businesses access funding. Their small, talented team is hands-on and focused on shipping high-impact products used by real customers. They are looking for a Software Engineer with strong frontend skills to help build intuitive, high-performance applications that people love to use.
What You ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain production-quality React and React Native applications.

Work with tools like Figma to translate UI/UX designs into polished, user-friendly interfaces.

Collaborate with backend engineers and product designers to deliver new features from concept to deployment.

Take ownership of frontend architecture and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while conducting peer code reviews.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms and devices.

Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies that help the team move faster and smarter.
Must Have

5+ years of experience building client-side applications using React/React Native with a strong track record of production deployments.

Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.

Familiarity with Figma and working with designers to implement high-fidelity UI.

Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with advanced frontend technologies (state management, client-side caching, performance optimization).

Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.

Strong grasp of software engineering principles, code quality, and maintainability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be based in Dubai and available to work from their office.
Nice to Have

Experience with .NET Core or other backend frameworks.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native applications.

Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
