We're looking for a superstar Python Engineer to help us innovate faster, develop with precision, and scale a platform that's already winning in the market.If you are passionate about engineering elegant, data-driven solutions and want to build the future of people management, let's get in touch.What You ll Be DoingCreating new features using Python and Django to transform traditional people processes into being more user-friendly and purely digitalWriting scalable and easily maintainable code, following the highest standards agreed in the communitySupporting multi-tenancy (multiple customers) while ensuring adequate security and data isolationRefactoring and optimising existing implementationCreating new reusable software components that contribute to the overall platformPromoting a culture of product quality by identifying bugs and issues before our customers doWhat You'll Need5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer3+ years of engineering experience with Python as your primary languageAn academic background in a STEM subjectFluency in Python, SQL, and other OOPLsExperience with Django frameworkExperience with PostgreSQL or MySQLExperience with API development and integrationA practical understanding of distributed systemsThe ability to write concurrent code in IO/CPU bound situationsExperience with Docker, K8s, Ansible, CI, monitoring, and alertingNice to haveExperience with prototyping and sketchingMultiple side projects or open source contributionsExposure to GCPExperience with web projects or SaaS platformsBuilding a global financial super app isn t enough.
