Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing UAE customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience instrong> software and IT solutions account management.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
    • Mandatory experience working with customers in UAE.
