Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Promote and sell IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Command Centre services, Managed IT Services, and IT support solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain existing client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Update CRM systems with sales activities and pipeline information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience selling AMC contracts, Command Centre services, Managed IT Services, or Infrastructure support services.
- Strong network of corporate clients in the UAE is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and support services is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Certifications in IT sales or technology solutions are an advantage.
