Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Promote and sell IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Command Centre services, Managed IT Services, and IT support solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Update CRM systems with sales activities and pipeline information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience selling AMC contracts, Command Centre services, Managed IT Services, or Infrastructure support services.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in the UAE is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and support services is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Certifications in IT sales or technology solutions are an advantage.
