The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sales Executive – IT Software to join our Abu Dhabi team. If you're a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of software sales and a passion for client success — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Promote and sell our HRMS and software solutions

✅ Identify and approach new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi

✅ Conduct client meetings, product demos, and close deals

✅ Draft proposals and negotiate commercial terms

✅ Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project delivery

✅ Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Your Profile

� Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

� Minimum 3 years of proven IT/software sales experience (UAE preferred)

� Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets

� Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
